terms & conditions
- The minimum stay is 7 nights.
- A current Datapackage of 50 GB /week (Internet/WIFI) is included.
- Power consumption will be charged by use (actually 20 cent/kWh)
- security deposit is $ 500
- cleaning fee is $200 (one time each booking)
- One-time-fee of $25 for providing poolfence by travelling with kids under 12 years. Setting up the poolfence is mandatory. Fee is payable at checkin.

30 % seasonal daily rental premium price from 12/15 till 04/30
- $149.50 ($166,69 incl. tax)
- valid for occupancy by max. 3 guests
- Each additional person $15.00 ($16.73 incl. tax)
- Children under 6 are free
- Children aged 6 to 12 years $10 ($11.50 inkl. tax)
- maximum capacity: 5 guests incl. kids & toddlers
